Chop celery stalks thinly

Dice the celery body

Dice carrots and green pepper

Dice two tomatoes

Put oil in a deep pot

Sautee the stems first, then add carrots, then add green pepper, then add the ground beef, then add the diced celery body and then add the tomatoes, with two minutes separations between each ingridient.

Add all the spices and salt

After sauteeing a bit more, add water
