Step 1
coat the chicken in the sake and salt

sake1 Tbsp

wrap up each chicken breast in tin foil and seal

bring water in a pan to the boil

steam the chicken in the pan while it's covered for 6 mins
Step 5
turn over the chicken and steam for another 6 mins
Step 6
add the chicken to a plate and let cool for 30 mins

combine the ginger, garlic and miso in a bowl
