I was randomly craving this and wife loves udon so decided to do a quick lunch. I love udon noodles, the texture is just so bouncy whether it is in soup or stir fried.

3 oz of sauce mix

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine sauce mix ingredients and reserve

2. Boil udon noodles according to package instructions
Step 3
3. Strain and set aside
Step 4
4. In a large pan, cook shrimp until done and set aside
Step 5
5. Add oil and cook ground pork all the way through
Step 6
6. Add in bok choy and cook until slight tender
Step 7
7. Add in udon, shrimp and sauce mix
Step 8
8. Toss until fully coated and nicely seared
Step 9
9. Garnish with green onion
