Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, let sit wrapped for a few hours. Better overnight.
Step 2
Melt bottom of pan with butter, let pan get hot till butter brows and add a scoop of crepe batter in center of pan, flow the batter to fill the pan.
Step 3
Flip after a few minutes. Other side doesn't need to cook that ling
Step 4
Collect crêpes in plate, laid over each other.
Step 5
When done, cover immediately
