Instructions

Cooking Rajma

Step 1
Soak Rajma for 4 hours
Step 2
In a pressure cooker add the drained Rajma, 2 bay leaves, 3 times water and salt to taste. Cook for 8 whistles

Gravy

Step 3
Add oil to kadai, add cumin seeds to crackle
Step 4
Add onions and cook until translucent and add green chili
Step 5
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 6
Add Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander and jeera powder and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 7
Add the tomato purée to cook and this will splash be cautious
Step 8
In 5 minutes switch off the flame add coriander leaves chopped, topped with ghee
