Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan and add oil.
Step 2
Place seasoned scallops into pan. Allow to cook for two minutes, or until brown.
Step 3
Flip and brown other side, add butter and capers to pan. As scallops are browning, baste scallops with butter and capers.
Step 4
Finish with a squeeze of lemon, and cilantro. Season to taste.
