Instructions
Step 1
Saute the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of water and the pasta. Stir well and occasionally add some water if needed.
Step 3
Add the crème fraiche. Let it simmer with the lid on (stirring regularly).
Step 4
Add zucchini (in cubes). Add prawns and cherry tomatoes. Let it simmer a bit longer.
Step 5
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
