BBQ red chicken
1xonion, 1xbig piece of garlic, 1xred pepper, 1-2xtomatos, 2xchicken thy, rice, a small amount of BBQ sauce and finally the seasoning i used was.
Chicken seas, garlic and herb seas, smoked paprika, tumeric, chilli, chilli flakes and tandoori. All seasoning was mixed together in a pot and then water was slowly mixed in to make a paste.
Simple, a joy to make and it tastes 10-10.
