Goan style ground meat masala

85gKashmiri chillies

soak in 1 cup of vinegar-water mixture

5 piecesturmeric

2green chillies

2 tspspeppercorn

1 tspcloves

2cinnamon sticks

2 tspsmustard seed

2 tspscumin

2 tspsbrown sugar

2 cupsmixture of apple cider vinegar water

Instructions

Step 1

Put dry spices first at bottom of mixer, then garlic, ginger and onions, then finally chillies on top.

Step 2

Pour in one cup of vinegar-water mixture with soaked chillies and begin to mix.

Step 3

Periodically add the remaining vinegar-water mixture to maintain a smooth consistency.
