Instructions
Step 1
Add soy, chicken broth and aromatics & chicken to pot
Step 2
Simmer slightly uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 180-185
Step 3
Remove aromatics from stock
Step 4
Bring liquid to a boil and add corn starch slurry until thickened then turn off heat
Step 5
Add chicken back to pot and let rest in sauce for 15-20 minutes
Step 6
Serve over rice
