Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together egg yolks and sugar


Step 2
Scald Milk, Heavy Cream Cinnamon and Cloves in a pot




Step 3
Temper egg mixture with about half of the cream mixture
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into pot
Step 5
Cook on low heat until thick
Step 6
Strain the mixture
Step 7
Beat egg whites with 2 TBS sugar until stiff


Step 8
Add to cream mixture
Step 9
Add nutmeg and vanilla to mixture


Step 10
Cool in the fridge until set
Step 11
Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top
