Instructions

Step 1
Cut 4 lbs of London Broil into half inch thick strips.
Step 2
Place London broil strips into a freezer bag, as well as 1/2 a cup of Soy Sauce, 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons of Mesquite Liquid smoke, 4 tablespoons of Brown Sugar, 4 teaspoons of Kosher Salt, 2 teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper, 2 teaspoons of Meat Tenderizer, 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder, 2 teaspoons of Onion Powder, and 2 teaspoons of Paprika.
Step 3
Pound till about 1/4 a inch in thickness.
Step 4
Shake bag till seasoned all round and let marinate for at least 12 hours.
Step 5
Place all the meat on dehydrator trays and set on 160 for 4 hours.
Step 6
Place all the meat onto a tray and place into oven at 275 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Let airdry for 1 hour then pat dry and store in a open air container.
