Instructions

For The Chicken

Step 1
WASH UNU CHICKEN FIRST!!!! INNA LEMON AND VINIGAHHHH!
Step 2
Blend 1 large onion, 4 cloves of garlic and Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning until a smooth purée is achieved.
Step 3
Season chicken with desired spices. Then Marinate the chicken with your ‘BLENDED Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning’ (saving 2 tablespoons for your sauce) and 1/4 cup of the Walkerswood Jerk BBQ Sauce. (Rub and massage the marinade into chicken VERY WELL). Let sit and Marinate preferably for 12-24 hours....if not....for 2-4 hours.
Step 4
Coat with a bit more of Jerk BBQ Sauce. Broil chicken in oven for 5 mins. (To achieve that AUTHENTIC deep, dark Jamaican color and flavor). Then Cook on 400° for 10-15mins.

For The Sauce

Step 5
In a large sauce pan, melt butter and sauté the onions (See Sautéed Onion Recipe...for added flavor) or until translucent. After 1-2 minutes add in minced garlic and cook on low heat (you nuh want it fi get bittaaaah) until fragrant. Season with black pepper.

Add in flour; to make your Roux Sauce. Mix until clumpy. Then slowly pour in heavy cream and blend until thick and pasty. Next, add in coconut milk and mix until a thick cream is achieved.

Add in 2-4 tablespoons of your BLENDED Jerk Seasoning (depending on spice strength) and 1/4 cup of Jerk BBQ Sauce. Stir until blended. Pour in 1/4 cup of Chicken (or Vegetable) Broth....mix well. Once blended, add in the Parmesan cheese and Basil or Oregano.

For The Pasta

Step 8
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season with a dash of garlic and onion powder. Cook pasta according to package directions, stopping 1 to 2 minutes short of the recommended cooking time so that the pasta is nice and al dente. Drain, (leaving a bit of pasta water, to loosen up your cream sauce) return to pot and set aside.

For The Veggies

Step 9
Sauté 1/2 cup of onions in olive oil until translucent. Then add in peppers. Season with paprika, black pepper and garlic powder. Cook until fragrant.

Add in a teaspoon of the BLENDED Jerk Marinade. Then the tomato paste. Mix until well blended.

Add cooked pasta into veggies. BLEND WELL. Add in the Sharp and Mozzarella Cheeses.

Pour in sauce and Mix EVERYTHING together to PERFECTION.

Plate and Add sliced chicken on top.
