Instructions
Step 1
- Mix water, sugar, yeast until bubbly (7-10 min)
Step 2
- Add salt & oil
Step 3
- Slowly add flour (I add 2 cups at a time, mixing between)
Step 4
- Knead dough on floured surface
Step 5
- Place in covered greased bowl to rise minimum of 30 minutes
Step 6
- Deflate (punch it!), divide into 2 halves, flatten out the roll into logs, tucking ends under
Step 7
- Shape and place in loaf pans covered to rise for 30 minutes
Step 8
- bake for 35-37 minutes at 375
Step 9
Let cool completely and cut
