We're taking our Herb Dipping oil from the other day and pouring it over big balls of burrata that have been ripped open, for a ridiculously delicious appetizer and snack! Highly recommend making this for NYE. You won't be disappointed!

Ingredients

dipping oil:
2 tablespoonsparsley
minced
2 tablespoontarragon
minced
2 tablespoonchives
thinly sliced
1 tablespoondill
minced
1 tablespoonsesame seeds
untoasted
1 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspooncumin
3garlic cloves
minced
1zest from lemon
1 cupolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients except oil and salt, into a heatproof bowl.
Step 2
2. Place oil into a small pot and heat over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until glistening.
Step 3
3. Carefully pour hot oil over herbs and spices and allow mixture to sizzle.
Step 4
4. Once sizzling has subsided, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and stir.
Step 5
5. Rip open two balls of burrata and place into a shallow bowl.
Step 6
6. Drizzle oil over burrata and serve with crusty bread.
