Step 1
Put the lentils to boil for 10 minutes
Step 2
Cut all the vegetables (carrot, pepper, onion and garlic)
Step 3
After 10min drain the water from the lentils and put new one to boil them in.
Step 4
With the lentils add: the vegetables, oil, salt, paprika and other seasoning by choice
Step 5
Let it all boil for 60min on medium to low heat
Step 6
Optional: for thicker texture - 10min before ending mix 1 tbsp of flour in 1/2 cup cold water and then add with the rest for the remaining time.
