Embutido, or embotido, is a Philippine meatloaf made with ground pork and stuffed with hard-boiled eggs and sliced ham or various sausages. It is traditionally wrapped in aluminum foil and steamed, though it can also be baked.
Embutido is commonly prepared during Christmas, fiestas, and other special occasions. It can be served hot or chilled and is usually dipped in banana ketchup or some other type of sweet sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Grind meat and tuna, sliced and chop all other ingredients to small pieces, In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
Step 2
Place half a tablespoon of the mixture on an aluminum foil and shape it into a 10-inch long log.
Step 3
Wrap the mixture in aluminum foil and roll it lengthwise.
Step 4
Put water in a steamer and heat it.
Step 5
Place the embutido in the steamer and cook for 90 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the embutido from the steamer and let it cool before serving.
