Step 1
Cut the bagels in half and spread with tomato puree
Step 2
Cut the pepperoni so it fits around the bagel with no overhang. (This stops the air fryer blowing the slices off.)
Step 3
Top with herbs pepperoni and cheese. Add the cheese last to help hold the pepperoni in place
Step 4
Airfry at 170°C for 4-5 minutes.
If available use parchment paper for easy cleaning and removal.
Step 5
Add basil leaves accordingly
In an Oven
Step 6
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes
