Instructions

Cut the bagels in half and spread with tomato puree

Cut the pepperoni so it fits around the bagel with no overhang. (This stops the air fryer blowing the slices off.)

Airfry at 170°C for 4-5 minutes. If available use parchment paper for easy cleaning and removal.
