Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 180°C. Place butternut and baby marrow on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and mince with cumin, paprika and cinnamon until cooked. Stir through tomato pureé, salt and dried herbs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Top Butternut and marrow with mince and feta and serve.
