Instructions
Step 1
Mix water, yeast and sugar
In winter -> water slightly warm
In summer -> water slightly cold
Step 2
Add flour little by little
Step 3
When there's little flour left, add salt in the flour, mix and add to the dough.
Step 4
Use a little bit of olive oil until dough smooth and not sticky.
Step 5
Let rest and double in size.
Step 6
Divide in half (for larger pizzas) or in quarters and spread to start your pizza.
