Best focaccia receipt I found. It requires a bit of preparing the day before. Doesn’t take long to prepare but it has to sit overnight.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix these ingredients into a large bowl
flour500g
salt2 tsp

Separately mix these ingredients (you can use a glass for this mixture ) the water has to be warm
water1 cup
sugar1 tsp
yeast2 tsp

You than mix together both the dry and wet ingredients into the large bowl you used for flour to create a super sticky dough.
Step 4
Cover in oil and place it in the fridge overnight.

It will become huge and all jiggly.
Step 6
Cover a tray with olive oil and transfer the dough in it.
Step 7
Cover it with plastic foil and let it rest for a few more hours.
Step 8
Drizzle a little olive oil onto it and deep your fingers into the dough.
Step 9
Now top with rosemary and flakey salt.

Bake it until it’s golden and crispy.
