Step 1
Add milk to a pot then cook on high and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously. Then lower the heat to medium low and add 1 cup of buttermilk 1/4 cup at a time and keep stirring . Stir until the curds separate from the whey then put in a strainer . You can keep the whey to add to smoothies or just to drink it as it’s healthy and rich in probiotics

Step 2
Add the curds to a food processor with butter salt pepper garlic dill and cream and blend until smooth. Put it in the fridge in a sealed container for a few hours and enjoy
