Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry produce. Trim scallions and separate lettuce leaves. In a small microwave safe bowl, mix shredded carrots, vinegar, 2tsp water, 2tsp sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside to pickle, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Post steak dry and thinly slice crosswise into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle I'll in a large, hot pan. Add steak and scallion whites until steak is at desired doneness. In remaining minute of cooking, add the bulgogi sauce.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook rice through desired means.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix chili sauce and mayonnaise together, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Build wraps and enjoy!
