Instructions

Step 1
1 Rinse the soybean sprouts. Thinly slice the zucchini and carrot into matchsticks.
Step 2
2 In a microwave-safe dish, add sprouts, zucchini, carrot, and sliced beef (or mushrooms). Season with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp tuna sauce (or soy sauce), and 1 tsp garlic. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
Step 3
3 After 5 minutes, Add 2 handfuls of spinach on top and microwave for 1 more minute.
Step 4
4 Scoop warm rice into a bowl. Top with the cooked veggies and beef. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ½ tbsp gochujang. Mix and enjoy!
