Step 1
1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces 2. Fry vegetables until soft with garlic 3. Whisk together flour, water and salt until a thin batter is formed 4. Add half the oil before pouring batter on top of vegetables 5. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until bottom is golden before tipping out onto a plate 6. Add the other half of the olive oil before putting frittata back into pan to cook the other side 7. Cook for another 15/20 minutes or until solid and golden
