Instructions
Step 1
Cut pork into 2x2 chunks
Step 2
Mix flour, beaten egg and salt into thick batter and mix with the pork

Fry the battered pork till crispy, fries better in small batches

Make a sauce using pineapple liquid and vinegar about 1:1 ratio with some ketchup and some corn flour approx 2 tablespoons

Peel the garlic and ginger and slice into strips

Cut spring onions and peppers into chunks
Step 7
Once the meat is cooked cook the vegetables individually
Step 8
Pour some sugar in a pile in the pan and pour oil on top, and wait till it liquidizes

Pour the sauce over the top of the sugar then add the meat
Step 10
Then add the vegetables and the pineapple chunks and leave to heat till through

Grind some pepper
