Step 1
Combine all the spices together with the olive oil. Heat until frothy and fragrant but not burning. Take off heat and add garlic. After 60 seconds add the tomato sauce, sweetener of choice, vinegar and stir. Simmer for 5 min. Stir. Cool before storing in a glass container.
