● add all ingredients and stir

● let it rest for 24 hours in the fridge if posible

● pour the poolish into the water and stir
Step 4
● put a little bit of flour and homogenize

add salt and stir
Step 6
then add all the flour
Step 7
stir and leave for 15 min
Step 8
● after, put oil on your hands and knead the dough so that the top part stays up, forming a ball

● put oil in the pot and leave the dough covered for 30 minutes

● oil your hands and divide the dough into small balls of 250g each
