Instructions

Step 1
Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave on for about 30 seconds. Add protein powder. Gently stir in Rice Krispies.
Step 2
Grease a 9x9 pan with oil or butter. Pour in mixture and firmly press into pan. Freeze for an hour or refrigerate for 3-4 hours, and then cut into squares.
