Step 1
Mix slowly together the flour, the water, sugar, salt and olive oil.

Optional: you can add spices like garlic
Step 3
When you have slightly everything mixed, add the yeast
Step 4
Mix then knead until you have a soft ball
Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap, then a towel above that to mask light
Step 6
Let rise for at least 2 hour, up to maybe 4 hours
Step 7
Cut your dough in half, knead each portion and set in it's own Tupperware's. Can be set in the fridge for a few days.
