Instructions
Step 1
Make this super easy

Put everything (except garnish) in a pressure cooker for 10 min with slow release
Step 3
or, cook in a big pot on the stove for about 20 min or until potatoes are soft
Step 4
taste and the end, add more spices, salt or pepper if desired.
Step 5
garish with fresh herbs and serve warm
