Instructions

Step 1
Roughly slice vegetables and fry over a medium heat using olive oil in a large pot. Cook until all vegetables are softened and lightly broken down. During cooking, add spices to taste. Slice each sausage into 4 chunks. Remove from pan and add sausages and a little more olive oil until browned. Add vegetables back to pan, along with cannellini beans (along with liquid), red wine, and stock cube. Cook together for 20-40 minutes over a medium heat until all ingredients are combined, beans are softened, but sausages are still mainly intact.
