Instructions
Step 1
1. Start by frying the diced chicken with the chopped onions, chicken stock cube (no water added), garlic granules/powder, paprika powder, and chilli powder. Use a medium to high heat for this step.

2. Once the chicken is nearly cooked through, add the tinned chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to the pan. Continue cooking over a medium heat and stir occasionally to allow the mixture to thicken.

3. Next, add the peanut butter to the pan and mix it through the chicken and tomato mixture. Once well combined, remove the pan from heat.

4. While preparing the chicken, cook the rice separately according to the instructions on the packaging.
