Honey for drizzling
SUPER SEED MAPLE GRANOLA BOWL (GF, Refined Sugar-Free)✨
This bountiful bowl was inspired by our weekly stop into one of our favorite casual brunch spots in Austin that serves an EPIC granola bowl where the granola is truly the show-stopper! Recreate this delicious bowl with me at home using crunchy homemade, gluten-free and refined sugar-free granola 😋
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flaked almonds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup creamy nut butter (I used peanut butter)
3/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Honey for drizzling
For you yogurt bowl:
coconut yogurt (I used
)
fresh fruit (I did mango, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
plenty of honey
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350
Add your nut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low heat and stir to combine
Once combined, take off heat and stir in your granola
Add your oats, almonds, seeds, and salt to a bowl and toss to combine
Pour your maple and nut butter mixture over your oats and seeds mixture and stir until thoroughly combined
Add to a silicone or parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, toss, and then bake for another 15-20 minutes, watching careful towards the end to make sure the granola doesn’t burn
Remove from heat and toss, breaking up any large chunks
This last part is optional but I like to drizzle the granola with honey. This helps it forms sweet little crunchy, delicious clusters!
Serve with coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and more honey
