Instructions

Step 1
Add 1.5 cups of warm water to a mixing bowl . Followed by 2 1/4 tsp yeast . Mix well . Add 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tbs salt Seasonings of your choice ( some listed above ) Mix until just combined . Then add : Any toppings of your choice (bacon , onions etc ) 2 cups of cheese ( any cheese works ) Mix again . Using hands is the best and easiest . Once it’s all combined move it to a greased bowl and cover for 1.5 hours Pre heat oven to 450 degrees ( place Dutch oven inside while oven pre heating ) After 1.5 hours and dough has significantly risen . Remove the Dutch oven from the pre heated oven ( be careful will be hot ) Place a piece of parchment paper on counter and removed your dough . Shape into a circle and place the parchment with the cheese bread into the Dutch oven . Cover with lid and bake for 30 minutes . Can remove lid before the 30 minutes to get the top browned if you prefer . Let cool 15-20 minutes before cutting into . enjoy
