Hasselback Potatoes

I made this tonight and it is AMAZING! Tastes just like the restaurant. This recipe is from Longhorn Steakhouse. My Mom found the recipe in the paper. I love this dish at Longhorn’s and I was really excited to try it at home! Ingredients: Instructions: -

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200c
Step 2
Wash & dry potatoes.
Step 3
Slice potato no more than halfway down side to side. (you can slice at angles to get a crispier potato).
Step 4
Mix all seasonings together.
Step 5
Spritz potatoes with olive oil.
Step 6
Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over potatoes.
Step 7
Set potatoes on a parchment lined baking tray.
Step 8
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
