Tiramisu Blended Overnight Oats

TIRAMISU BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS! 💫 I quite frankly cannot get enough of blended oats atm and I’m also on a chocolate rampage this week, so you can imagine this hit. the. spot 😍. Hit the save & try for yourself! Ingredients: ➕ 50g instant oats (used these so I didn’t actually have to blend anything, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!) ➕ 25g soy isolate protein ➕ 1 tsp cacao powder ➕ 1 shot espresso ➕ 160ml milk / water ➕ 1 tsp chia seeds Topping: ➕ vanilla yoghurt ➕ cacao powder to dust 💫 mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place oat ingredients in a bowl, leave to set overnight, then top with your topping & enjoy in the morning !! . . . . .
