Tiramisu Blended Overnight Oats

TIRAMISU BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS! ๐Ÿ’ซ I quite frankly cannot get enough of blended oats atm and Iโ€™m also on a chocolate rampage this week, so you can imagine this hit. the. spot ๐Ÿ˜. Hit the save & try for yourself! Ingredients: โž• 50g instant oats (used these so I didnโ€™t actually have to blend anything, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!) โž• 25g soy isolate protein โž• 1 tsp cacao powder โž• 1 shot espresso โž• 160ml milk / water โž• 1 tsp chia seeds Topping: โž• vanilla yoghurt โž• cacao powder to dust ๐Ÿ’ซ mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place oat ingredients in a bowl, leave to set overnight, then top with your topping & enjoy in the morning !! . . . . .
