Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly flour your work surface. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Press or roll out a piece of dough into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. In the center, place 1 string cheese or 1 heaping tablespoon shredded cheese. Tightly roll up the dough around the cheese and place it in the prepared pan. Repeat with remaining dough and cheese. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes. Prepare the topping: In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and parsley. Brush the breadsticks with about half the garlic butter, or simply spoon it over them. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden. While they're still hot, brush with the remaining garlic butter and serve. Enjoy!
