Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210’C and get out a pan-stand
Step 2
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in your tin.
Step 3
Put your sausages in the tin and put the tin in the oven and quickly start making the Yorkshire pudding mix
Step 4
Get out a large bowl. Add the flour and the eggs. With a hand whisk, mix together for about 1 minute until smooth
Step 5
Add the milk in 3 parts, whisking nonstop so it stays smooth. Add your seasoning.
Step 6
Take the tin out of the oven and place on the top of the oven or pan stand Quickly pour in your batter into your hot tin
Step 7
Return to the oven for 30 mins. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR
Step 8
It is ready when the sausages are 75’C or above and the batter is crispy and golden brown.
