Instructions
Step 1
Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Season with a tsp of paprika, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Air fry for 25 minutes on 190 degrees, shaking midway through.
Step 2
Add the ground beef, red pepper, minced onion, and garlic and brown. Season with the cumin, coriander, a tsp of paprika, tsp chili powder, and tomato puree.
Step 3
Add in beef stock and season with salt and pepper. Mix again, before stirring through the chopped tomatoes. Leave to simmer over med heat.
Step 4
Make the cheese sauce on a low-med heat. Add the milk along with a tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, and a tsp of chili powder. Mix well and after a minute, stir through the cheese. Continue to whisk.
Step 5
Serve the chili over the potatoes, finish with the chili, top with the cheese and coriander.
