Instructions
Step 1
Place the bag of coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
Step 2
Add diced apples and pre-soaked raisins to the coleslaw mix. Stir to combine.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, salt and pepper together.
Step 4
Add dressing to coleslaw and mix well.
Step 5
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
