This flavorful spring pea salad is ideal for spring and summer gatherings, but versatile enough to whip up any time of the year for a quick, gorgeous side dish.

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse frozen peas under cool water and let them thaw in a colander for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place peas in a large serving bowl.
Step 3
Add radishes and red onion.
Step 4
