Snow Cream

Such a cute and fun snow day recipe!

Step 1

1. In a bowl of a stand mixer or bowl with a hand mixer, add all ingredients except toppings. Mix on high for 2-3 minutes.

Fold in toppings

Serve right away or place in freezer until desired consistency is reached, enjoy!

Note: This will be very runny, especially if you don’t freeze it! Think of it more like a snow cone than ice cream!
