Step 1
Add the chickpeas to a warm pan and a small amount of water and begin to saute, stirring often so that the chickpeas brown to a golden color. Add coconut aminos, chipotle powder, and garlic powder to the chickpeas and saute 3-4 minutes. Serve on top of lettuce, cauliflower, jicama wraps with coleslaw, salsa, jalapeño, radishes, gaucamole, cilantro, etc. Serve with a large green salad.
