We all have that one person who eats up all the bread in the house so here is a super simple bread recipe so you never have to go without sandwiches or toast again :))

Instructions
Step 1
Heat all the milk in a saucepan until just warm not hot . Take 75 ml and add it to a small bowl then sprinkle the yeast and sugar on top and set it aside for 10 minutes

Step 2
Add the butter to the remaining milk and melt it then set aside

Step 3
Whisk flour and salt together then add in all the wet ingredients and mix to a dough. Knead for a few minutes then cover it in a bowl with a damp tea towel for 30 minutes

Step 4
Grease a loaf pan preferably one with a lid but don’t worry if you don’t have a lid you can use plastic wrap . Shape the dough to fit in the loaf pan and cover for 50 minutes .
Step 5
Bake at 180 c 360 f fan setting covered with the lid for 25 minutes( not with plastic wrap obviously just remove that before baking ) then butter the top and bake another 15 to 20 minutes
Step 6
Cool the bread on a wire rack then slice away and enjoy :))
