Instructions

Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the fruit, occasionally stirring until the berries warm through, break down, and bubble. Mash it with a spoon or potato masher.
Step 2
Then add in the chia seeds and give it a good stir before adding in the maple syrup. Add more maple syrup if you like it a bit sweeter
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes while the jam will thicken.
Step 4
Store it in the fridge up to 5 days.
