Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 350F.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together the bananas, maple syrup, coconut oil and carrots.
Step 3
Then add the flour, salt cinnamon and walnuts. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour into a prepared loaf tin.
Step 5
Mix the topping ingredients together.
Step 6
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Once cooled spread on yogurt mixture, and top with extra walnuts.
