Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes or sweet potatoes into 1cm sized fries
Step 2
Place in a bowl of water and soak for 30 minutes
Step 3
Remove from bowl and dab dry with paper towel
Step 4
Toss through olive oil
Step 5
FOR SWEET POTATO FRIES ONLY Toss corn flour through sweet potato fries
Step 6
Cook for 10 min at 180°C and shake basket. Then return to air fryer for a further 10-20 minutes or until cooked
Step 7
Cook fish using box instructions
Step 8
Serve chips with plain salt, chicken salt or salt flakes
