Ingredients below: - 2 cups all purpose flour - 2 cups whole milk - 5 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp salt - 2 tsp cinnamon sugar (1:4 ratio) - 3 tsp granulated sugar - 1 lemon juice and zest - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 4 tbsp melted butter Combine the wet and dry separately like I do and then combine slowly with a whisk by hand. Always have butter in the pan that is foamy and keep your pan on a gentle heat.
