- 1 red chilli 🌶️ to garnish

3 tbsp hoisin 🥄

- 3 tbsp honey 🍯

2 Tbspsweet chilli sauce

or 4 crushed cloves
1 Tbsprice vinegar

Instructions

Step 1
1. Coat the beef in the cornflour, you can use a freezer bag or Tupperware
Step 2
2. Spray well and airfry at 200 for 10-14 mins depending on how crispy you like it
Step 3
3. Soften an onion and sugar snaps briefly then add in the beef and sauce. Done 😁 Top with chilli if you like heat.
